MX cord to Computer
The cord I have running from the MX Mount to my computer, appears to be causing the mount to shut down at random times during a photo session. The error I am getting is 201, bad connection. I looked in your Store for a replacement, but found none. Will any cord work, so long as it fits. If not, where do I find a replacement???? Thanks

Specs for roll off roof motor so that it can be automated by "The Sky" software?
I bought my Paramount ME mount and it's software "The Sky" several months ago but have not set it up yet as I had to build a "Roll off Roof" observatory for it first. The observatory is now built and I plan to put on an electric motor in it that will open and close the roll off roof. The general contractor (who knows nothing about astronomy) is going to work with his electricians (who also know nothing about astronomy) to design and install the motor.
The question I have is : What do I need specifically in the motor and it's assembly (the specs) so that "The Sky" software can automate the opening and closing of the roof with the motor? Thanks!

MKS 5000 software compatibility with The Sky 6 Pro?
I obtained an older ME mount from a friend that appears to have electronic problems where there is no computer communication with the mount. My friend loaded the mount with grossly insufficient counterweights and as a result, he and I believe that this overload condition caused a failure of the internal electronics (MKS 3000).
I'm considering the purchase of your newest MKS 5000 upgrade kit, but want to know if it will work with The Sky 6 Pro; or would I have to purchase The Sky X to use it?

Not homed
I have a paramount mx+, it hit the leg last night. After that, "not homed". I tried many times, but it still could not home. The connection is fine, just could not home.
Why?I need you help.

Slaving LX600 to PD10 Dome
I could use some help to determine if TheSkyX pro edition would be a good choice to operate my meade 16in LX600 along with a Technical Innovations PD10 dome, and how it would work.
Up to this point I have been using Meade Autostar remote hbx feature that connects to the computer via com port. Via the remote hbx, I can operate autofocus, Starlock etc so enjoy the simplicity of this.
The PD10 uses DDW software that controls the dome operations and connects to the telescope via the Ascom platform and DDW driver and Meade Universal Driver.
My problem is that I am not able to have both connected via the com port at the same time. I am not sure if Autostar software has a configuration whereby it can both write the data out to the ASCOM platform along with directing the scope.
Would the SkyX be a good solution, and if so what are the basics of how it would work?

Subscription renewal after three months?
I purchased an MYT last year, arriving in late October or so. Today I received an email claiming my subscription for TheSkyX is about to expire?

Subscription renew isn‘t possible
Hi, I want to renew my subscription (TheSkyX Serious to Professional for Mac (Download Only)).
However, the renew button is missing. It only appears on my old Serious version.

64-bit version of TheSkyX
Hi there
will you be releasing a 64 bit version of TheSkyX soon? I'm trying to develop a dome controller using X2 and under Mojave, I can't compile anything successfully using the i386 architecture with xcode under Mojave.
Apple say they will be dropping 32 bit support from next year.

Several questions before purchasing
I'm interested in the PRO edition to obtain focus on DSOs and help with the initial alignment of the DSOs through a finder/guiding scope and increase pointing accuracy. Can this all be done if I include the camera add-on and T-point add-on features?
Also, will @focus3 work with the Moonlite focuser? Does it work better with the Mac version or Windows version via ASCOM?
I control slewing my AP Mach 1 using Sky Safari Pro. Can I do the same with Sky X PRO EDITION?

I have The SkyX Professional and I would like to renew my subscription but I cannot see the renew button in my account, it only says "no actions possible". I changed email accounts, so I missed the reminder email.

I ordered a MyT with a MyT Tripod and extra 10 lb count weight. I know it will be 6-8 weeks on the mount.

How do I put the SkyX on another computer. Do I download from your website or copy the file from my computer and install it that way. I am getting access denied messages when I try to download another copy for my Mac.

Download of software
Hello,
I just bought the SkyX Professional and tried to download the software. I went to Downloads>TheSky Installers & Updates>TheSkyX Professional Edition of Mac. Unfortunately, the link "TheSky X Professional Edition for Mac Full Installer" does not download. The link "TheSkyX Professional edition for Mac Daily Build Installer" works, but it gives me a big error when installing the software. Thus, Im a bit lost and do not know how do I get the software. Can you help me?
