I would like to know what the diameter of the center hole is in Adaptor Plate. It does not seem to appear on the technical drawing.
I have a Celestron CGEM tripod (2" leg diam) and plan to mount the MyT using the Adaptor Plate. Any comments or suggestion concerning doing this?
Also, what is the current 'waiting list' time?
I've scoured the user group and website for any information I can find and have found various documents that appear to be somewhat out of date. Either iPad or MAC and I am roadblocked by the password request.
Do you have current instructions to establish communication via the WiSky module. The connection shows up on both my Mac and iPad, but can't connect.
Rev 1.7 - November 2015 WiSky installation guide from November 2015. Page 26 defines steps which are not applicable to the unit I have. (++ version on a MYT) SWBisqueMKSS### does not show up.

I am (as we discussed) going to build a 16' x 32' roll off roof and I wondered what you did to facilitate moving the roof: there are many ideas out there, and since I don't want to reinvent the wheel, I thought you may have a moment to share.
My primary inquiry is regard to the wheels/track used, and what means did you use to motorize the roof.

Will The Sky X control a Celestron NexStar Evolution via the NexRemote+ serial connection or WiFi? Will all features work (such as correct reporting of mount position, etc.)?

I have my location set for Sydney AU and each time I turn on the polar scope chart element it "jumps" to Polaris in north and shows the polar chart but in the southern view its not shown at all. I return to north and its shown there. What have I missed in getting this to work?

I have installed TheSky SA edition on my MAC power book. I have a usb serial adapter seen by the MAC but I am not able to connect to the Synscan system. In the PDF manual Synscan is listed but if I go to telescope and telescope set up the SKY Watcher brand is not even listed among the various telescopes

I was literally about to purchase, but was shocked that SX Cameras are not supported on the Mac given that 2 other programs do support them - I just assumed they must be. I'm curious as to why, but if that is not an OK question then - any chance there might/will be support for SX cameras soon? Crossing my fingers....

I purchased TSX SA about 3yrs ago. My original plan was to upgrade to Pro when my subscription came due for renewal, but my plans changed. My understanding is that TSX now works with ASCOM for scope control. If that is so can I renew my subscription to SA and download the latest version with ASCOM?
I observed the transit of Io, Europa and their shadows across the face of Jupiter last night. Coincidentally, Jupiter is in opposition. I noticed that the display on SkyX Serious Astronomer (Windows) of this event plotted the image of the shadow over top of the image of the moon instead of visa versa. I guess the question is, was this intentional? Bug or feature?

I noticed this installer is dated December 2014, and I assume there is an updated version by now.
Looking at the Daily Build Installer page, here:

The instructions there say to install FULL, then the latest UPDATE, and finally the Daily build.
..."The daily build installer will not work if these steps are skipped."

But when I try that, I get Access Denied. Weird, since I can access the FULL and Daily downloads.
Can someone confirm the above is the correct way to get to the latest version?

Can TheSkyX Serious Astronomer Edition software accurately track the Sun for a small solar observatory that will be running all day everyday as a part of a STEM Outreach program? If it cannot does anyone know any software that can? Thank you in advance.

I have the CD and get an error message after SkyX loaded in Windows 10 and attempted to install it. The error message is: Open GL version 1.3 or later
How do I get GL ver. 1.3? I also tried to install it on my Win XP laptop and got the same message.
I then remembered that I originally installed it on the Win XP that my wife now uses and I just checked and pulled it up on her XP and it works.
I also installed it on the Win 10 computer when it was Win 7.
Help will be appreciated.

Hi I have The Sky X for Mac and The Sky X Windows, I am interested in the camera control add on, are there Mac and Windows versions of this too, and if so is there any slight discount for a loyal customer buying two copies ?
Secondly, having purchased and downloaded the Sky X Pro, I understand that there is no great objection to downloading it onto more than one computer. Of course, I am meaning one or perhaps two other pc's. Not dozens, and their being strictly for my use only. This being the case does the same apply for the Camera add on ?

I purchased a copy of this software and use it often. I noticed recently that a 12th magnitude star close to Asellus Australis (in Cancer) was apparently left out of the database. (It IS listed in other professional astronomy databases such as SIMBAD.) Is there someone to whom I could send this information?

New user... I was able to connect my Meade Lx200 Mount, SBIG 8300 camera, and ASCOM focuser.successfully. I am using a Meade DSI PRO II for my guide camera so I use PHD2 for guiding. When I tried to connect the mount to PHD2 i got an error --saying the the port was in use.. I get a similar issue if i reverse the order. suggestions?
