My Universal Subscription is past its renewal date (10th February). When I view my subscriptions the only option available is to 'Cancel'. I have not received a renewal notification e-mail (I've checked junk mail etc). I've also tried direct email to someone on the Bisque team and not received a reply. As anyone any suggestions - I really don't want to loose access to updates?

Have there been any efforts to interface to the Celestron SkyQ interface for telescope control? Celestron hand controllers are now coming with micro USB ports for communication. Not sure how all this factors in, but the serial interface is becoming antiquated, and I would prefer not to run my telescope with an iPad if I can help it in the long run. Your software package is the most complete all around observatory suite, and I would prefer to stick with it for future expansion.

I have an "owl" roll off roof observatory somewhat like yours. It is 8x10 feet and I made it myself with a friend several years ago.
How do you open the roof? I have to pull mine open myself by hand uggh. Can you give me a weblink for plans or manufacturers? I would purchase and install one on my observatory if I could afford it.

Recently upgraded to X from version 5. Having trouble with installing on my Observatory laptop. The Sky will not show alt/az or equatorial grids, constelation lines, asterisms, ecliptic or meridian. Those are all checked in settings. Tried switching photo and map mode as well. Works on my desktop pc just fine.
System is
Pentium 2 ghz, win7, 2gb ram, opengl 2.2

I find the Gas Giants app for iOS very helpful in observing and during public programming. Recently, iOS has been occasionally popping up a warning that with upcoming iPad updates Gas Giants may not function. Are there plans to update your wonderful app?

Is it advisable to upgrade Sky6 To Skyx?. Is so, what are the advantages?.

I bought my SkyX Pro database add-on some time ago.
It calls itself version 1.01, and has UCAC3.
I noticed the current version has UCAC4.
Is it possible to get updates?

Hi,
After upgrading TSX is no longer loading the large database (MPCORB.DAT) on startup or when Imported via the dialog (it shows 0 asteroids). I have tried downloading a new copy (extracted from the .gz file) but still no joy. The Critical and Unusual lists are still downloaded and displayed correctly. Just missing the large database with its 24-hour arrows.
It would also be nice to see the angular rate for an asteroid displayed in the info window as that is useful in determining the exposure time to prevent elongation in the image.

Just a few ideas for your consideration,
1. Allow the disabling of the auto framing during TPoint and calibration runs. This would allow users to following the wider track across the sky. The zoomed in framing is not really needed as there is ample feedback displayed in TPoint/Calibration Progress form.
2. To display the current filter selection within either the Camera info or on the status line.
3. To record the actual RA and Dec in all FITS headers after a successful Closed Loop Slew (CLS) operation, rather than any pointing errors or where the mount thinks it's pointing. Hence, imaging immediately after any closed loop slew will always include the true RA/Dec coordinates with the FITS header for the images. This is very important when preparing data for the Minor Planet Centre, some days most of the time is spent aligning Astrometrica to achieve a successful plate solve.
4. To restore the previous Observation List after all @Focus operations. I am forever clearing the Obs List and no longer use it as intended.
5. To display asteroid/comet angular motion within the info window. This is useful for determining the best exposure to prevent elongation of the object within the image.
6. Future support (display) of colour images from OSC cameras such as the new ZWOs.
I'm up-sizing and just ordered a new MX+ to replace my 2 year old MYT. When I sell my MYT the new owner will be required to pay $300.00 to transfer the software suite, which includes the first year's software subscription. I just renewed my MYT software suite in March and it has 11 months remaining. My question is, what happens to those 11 months? Can we add them to my new MX+ subscription, do they go to the new owner in addition to their first year, or do they just evaporate?
Not a big deal either way, but if they are added to the new owner's subscription, I'd just like to know that when I list my MYT.

turned off computer and came back later and don't know how to start the program again. I have no icon on desktop.

I'm attempting to update TheSkyX Professional, registered to Northern Skies Observatory (Northeast Kingdom Astronomy Foundation). Here's a screen shot of our information:
I work part-time at the observatory, and serve on the Board of Directors. Essentially I serve as the de facto telescope operator, trouble shooting MDL 6, ACP, and other software packages. I've never tried to update TSX before, but noticed on the Diffraction Limited forum that updating to the newest build was recommended.
It appears this installation has already been registered by another person in our organization. Most of the software from a few years ago was registered to NKAF, with David Magnus listed as the contact person. David is still on our board, but has almost nothing to do with our software anymore. I just registered as a user today, and discovered that I was denied access to the updates.
Can you advise me as to how I should proceed?

I'm looking to potentially purchase The Sky X Pro for the Mac to be able to control my mount, camera, filter wheel, ect. all from my 2015 Macbook Pro. Your website seems to suggest I can control the Atlas mount with the Sky X Pro from a Mac. I just want to confirm that this is the case before I spend a good bit on money on the software.

Subject says it all. I currently have TSX Serious Astronomer and I have ordered a MyT. Since it comes with TSX Professional, how do I keep all my current settings (FOVs, observing sites, equipment, etc.)?
