I am contacting you to ask if there is a technical support in Europe. We want to avoid customs procedures.

We need to change the controller board of Paramount ME II because It doesn't work. Do we sent the old board?

If you haven't got technical support in Europe, do we sent the old board?, what does  "security deposit" mean?
