Hello, I purchased a Celestron AVX mount recently and it came with your SkyX First Light software. I am interested in adding telescope control so I know I need to upgrade to SkyX Serious Astronomer Edition. I am not sure if the Upgrade Version will work. Your site says "You must own a registered software license or have a valid serial number from an older version...". The SkyX First Light has a valid serial number but says its registered to "Telescope Owner" and will not let me register it to my Software Bisque account.
So could you advise me on which one I must purchase; Full or Upgrade
