Upgrade / License Questions

Hi,

I've got two questions:

I'm looking at SkyX Serious Astronomer.  I used to have a Sky 5 or 6 Pro version (I think).  I lost the install disks and have a new computer for the past year or so, so it's been a while since I used it.  I'm getting back into astro after a hiatus and wondered if you have a record/serial number so I can upgrade instead of outright purchase.

Also, how many computers is a license good for?  A desk top and two laptops?
