I have a Paramount MEII and want to make sure I order the correct tripod since SB appears to offer two of them.  The one I should order is  the "Pyramid Portable Pier (Paramount ME/ME II/MX)"?  Is this a direct fit, without an additional adapter plate?  Is it currently in production and ready to ship?  Thank you.
