Guide with Orion SS

Hi,

I'm trying to guide my HEQ5 mount with an Orion SS autoguider through The SkyX professional but I've problems to put it to work.

The autoguider camera is connected to the mount via a ST-4 cable.

Could you please help me to properly input the right settings in The SkyX autoguider tab in order to make them talk?
