Hi,
For the fourth time or more, all of a sudden, TSXpro simply opens as a brand new install. I have lost all modifications and settings, TSX resets all parameters back to start. I have lost everything.
I now have to again re-enter all of my password/user name and the SN. I then have to also re-enter the logon data for my Camera Control routine. It too starts completely over. Back to stage one, no data saved, no mods saved, nothing.
It takes me months to set this program up to work with my needs. And then WHAM! it all just goes away. I don't understand why this keeps happening.
