Error 203 no communication to the mount. The mount is an ME, SkyX, Win 10 Pro O/S
When first installed several years ago I could not connect with USB using WinXP. A serial connection was made and connection established, problem solved.
Several year later Win 7 Pro was installed, everything working fine.
Win 10 Pro installed August of 2015.
On 9 November 2015 connection to the mount could not be made on bootup. after 4 attempts connection was made with solution unknown.
13 March 2015 connection could not be made, error 203.
Windows reports the serial PCI board is working. Setup in SkyX is port 2.
New serial cable did not solve problem.
Cleaned connectors with cleaner solution, no change.
Is there a trouble shooting procedure?
