I downloaded The Sky for iOS thinking I could use The Sky and a wi-fi interface to initiate go-to commands, as well as providing sky data, from my iPad. The Sky for iOS is, to me, very user-friendly and I like the idea of a tablet rather that a laptop for this purpose. My mount is a Losmandy G-11 with the latest Gemini 2 controller, purchased within the past two months. Not being able to get my mount, a SkyFi wi-fi interface, and The Sky to work I contacted customer support and found The Sky for iOS only supports Bisque's rather expensive Paramount mounts for this kind of setup. This is a major, major disappointment. Fortunately, there is a solution in that instead of using The Sky for iOS I can download Simulation Curriculum's SkySafari 4 Plus for $15 and, using their SkyFi, be in business. Hopefully Bisque will add telescope control to your otherwise excellent product.
