I purchased a MyT mount in June 2015 through Anacortes Telescope. I received the mount in October 2015. Reason for the delay was that I moved to Japan and had to wait for the shipment to arrive. I have not opened any of the boxes from Software Bisque as I'm waiting for my observatory to be constructed.
When does the warranty period begin? I have not registered any serial numbers. Please advise. Many thanks and I can't wait for first light.
