Printing Charts (paper size)

Hello, I am trying to print sky charts on 13 X 19" paper. I have an Epson Pro 3880 and I am using Windows 10. I have been out of astronomy for the better part of a decade and am happily returning. It seems as though this was something I could do in the past. 

When I go into print setting I see the paper size Super A3 (13 X 19). I make the selection,  then it returns to 8 1/2 X 11". I also tried to change to 13 X 19" in my printer defaults. 

Any suggestions?
