Hello,
I purchased a Celestron 127EQ telescope from Amazon which included a copy of your software. I just got around to installing it but noticed it was a little out of date. When I tried to update it from the help menu I get "Error: Command Failed. Error = 206". I didn't have to enter a serial number, but it's registered as "Telescope Owner : {serial number redacted}".
Is there any way I can get this software updated?
